During a secret meditation session, The Dissenter experiences a profound revelation that leads her to question established doctrines. She decides to embark on a journey to develop new doctrines and rituals that challenge conventional occult beliefs.

Act 2
Chapter 4: First Visions
The Dissenter creates the "Path of the Hidden Sun," a visualization process symbolizing transformative knowledge. The Traditionalist confronts her about her new doctrine, questioning its validity and accusing her of blasphemy. The Dissenter must defend her beliefs and remain steadfast in her convictions.
Chapter 5: Gathering Allies
The Seeker, The Visionary Ally, and The Elemental Master join The Dissenter, attracted by her teachings and revelations. They form a close-knit group dedicated to exploring the new doctrines and rituals, while The Loyalist, a younger woman who comes from the same original cult as The Dissenter, becomes a steadfast supporter and lover for The Dissenter.
Chapter 6: Exploring Visium
The Dissenter and her allies discover an ancient library of universal knowledge, in the ethereal realm, during a vision ritual, where they uncover secrets that lead The Dissenter to writing the "Doctrine of Dual Realities" and the "Paradox of the Known Unknown." These proclamations solidify their beliefs, and pave a tight foundational path for others to join them.
Chapter 7: The Following
The Dissenter, now armed with the knowledge of her newly found crafts, encourages her close allies to go share this knowledge with others. She decides to operate in an open way, that directly conflicts with the way the cult worked by keeping secrets and only allowing certain people into rings of trust. Her allies go out into the world, and bring in new followers, each being taught the core Vision Rituals, and then the new doctrines as well. In doing so, a following begins to amass, and the practice of 'Visium' begins to rise in the local area, and externally. This is when the Cult starts to pay attention, and becomes threatened.
Chapter 8: The Betrayal
The Betrayer, initially seen an ally of The Dissenter, a new follower that joined in the ranks, betrays her trust and reveals her secrets to The Traditionalist, hoping for personal gain and praise from the original cult. This reveals that The Betrayer was sent in to infiltrate their group, and was always an ally to The Traditionalist's Cult. This betrayal causes deep emotional turmoil for The Dissenter and her followers.
